Gina Lagomarsino is a Principal and Managing Director at R4D, with a focus on health systems and financing. She leads work on the role of the private sector in health systems, and the Transforming Health Systems initiative, in partnership with the Rockefeller Foundation.

She will also continue expanding R4D's capabilities in global health, including efforts centered around increasing human resources for health and improving the efficiency of aid expenditures.
